After new CPU installtion 2 boot priorities are N/A?

I got a brand new fx 8350 for Christmas. i update bios and everything was perfect. installed new cpu and now in bios there is 2 things in boot priority that say N/A.

what dose that mean?
is it bad? how do i get rid of it?

its an Asus m5a99x evo

i have 500gb western digital main drive
1000tb Seagate
1000gb western digital
 
You can download the application called EasyBCD and modify / delete these.

Be careful however. If you stuff it up and the comptroller doesn't boot, make sure you have a Windows disk hand to repair it (by booting in the DVD and repair)

Reread OP's statement. This has nothing to do with the issue he has. His issue is saying that he is missing 2 items in the bios boot priorties, not windows partitions.
