after some minutes connected to wifi on my phone, internet connection drops

I have two routers. One is my base router and I use the other as extender. The first router I configured with the default settings. The second one is configured based on this post http://www.wikihow.com/Connect-Two-Routers.
The problem is:
when I connect my phone to the second router's wifi, after some minutes(some times even seconds) of not using the internet(on my phone), it loses connection. It remains connected to the wifi, but it has no internet.

The second router is connected to the first router through inwall socket(ethernet). I haven't any connection problems when I connect my Pc(ethernet or wireless). I also don't have any connection problem with the first router.

I downloaded the second router's site (192.168.1.2) and I uploaded it, so you can check the setting. It has a lot of settings and I can't figure out if some is wrong with them.

Excuse my English. Thanks in advance.

Edit: I use mac filter to allow specific devices, but no hope. Problem remains.

That file you uploaded doesn't show us anything, just a bunch of random files and folders.

So you connected it from lan on main router to wan on second router? You should be connecting it from lan to lan.

What 2 routers do you have?

The second router should be configured as an access point only, and connected via the LAN port, not WAN port.

if you open the index.html you can access the router site.

they are connected lan to lan(following the guide I linked). is there any way I can check this?

The main router is Technicolor and the second is Baudtec(I live in Greece. I dont know the origin of the routers)

the second router(the main too) doesn't have "access point only" setting(as I can tell by checking the settings)

Thank you for replying

it works on my kali linux. It should work(I guess). I copied the site using WinHTTrack. When you open index.html, you get this page:

click on 192.168.1.2 and you'll go to the site

Just tried it again and now it works for some reason.

Have you switched from wan to lan yet? After doing that it should work. You are having issues on the second router being connected lan to wan and having dhcp disabled. Just move the cable from wan to lan and reboot router.

Using the LAN port on the secondary router should fix your issue. Make sure you disable DHCP on that side as well.

It sounds like you're getting a DHCP address from one network but when the connection migrates to another AP you're referencing the gateway of the primary (.1, which doesn't sound like it exists on the secondary LAN subnet) instead of the secondary that's behind another layer of NAT (.2, which doesn't sound like it exists on the primary LAN subnet).

Using the WAN port segregates your network with NAT and disparate broadcast domains. From a network perspective Router 1's LAN and Router 2's LAN are completely different networks. If you use the LAN port on router 2 then everything will still be on the same broadcast domain and not have to traverse NAT within your network.

here is my second routerrouter.jpg
I don't see any wan ports. The first(left) port is STB(I don't know what this is). The yellow cable is connected to the wall(goes to the main router) and the white one is connected to my PC.

I found that NAT is enabled on the second router(is this the problem). I also found the access control setting and it is enabled(what is this? I uploaded an image)

It looks like the yellow cable is plugged in the "internet" port which it shouldn't be. Unplug it and move it to port on the other side of the white cable. What is the model number of the second router?

The "internet" port is also the WAN port, change it to one of the 10/100 ports like the white cable, and make sure NAT and DHCP is turned off on the second router.

nat is off, dhcp is off, changed the yellow cable port. The problem remains.

it only gives the firmware version(which, I guess, you dont want) $2.12.38.1_REB.C29_3.10.25.0_TW263R4-A2_A19

could you check my settings. maybe it's something wrong with them. I cant think why it happens only on this device(my phone) and only on this wifi(the second-router's wifi)

There should be a sticker on the bottom with the model number. Maybe the second router is just crappy.

Is the internal IP of the first router 192.168.1.1? I'm just wondering if its a bad router.

yes, it's 192.168.1.1. It's an old router. The fact is that it should treat every device that way, not only my phone. Another wierd thing is that when this happens(the phone loses internet connection), I am still able to access some sites and load videos on snapchat... I am really confused.

Since the first router has an IP of 192.168.1.1, what is the IP of the second router? When you have internet issues but are still connected, can you ping the first and second router still within command prompt?

second IP is 192.168.1.2. I have this problem only on my phone(so I cant ping through command prompt...), but I can reach both IP's through chrome app. As I said it blocks certain traffic and thats the wierd thing...

Edit: I cant reach main router's IP
