Does anyone know where I can get a No CD crack for this game? I've tried looking but can't find one.

I own the game
I just don't want to put the cd in everytime i play, lol. And if i didn't own it, it would be kind of dumb to want the no cd key because then i wouldn't even be able to play.

Okay. Sorry if i offended you. Theres just so so many posts about illegal downloading.

Modifying the game exe is usually illegal, you may only modify game content such as textures, models, maps etc. That's the case for most games.

Sorry guys, I didn't realize it would be such a big deal, I apologize for posting about it, I never would've guessed something that small would be illegal. Sorry.

I'm still not seeing how this is illegal.
Can some one make it really clear for me.
He's not stealling anything. He just doesnt want to put a disc in. Seems like he should be allowed to do that.

Using a no cd crack IS illegal, because the code is altered and the protection is removed

I wasnt quite sure either. I found this on a site and it helped me understand.

I use mac os 10.4 a lot as well as windows.
In mac you can create a disc image and trick it into thinking that the disc is in the drive. That wouldnt be altering the code would it? Is that legal? Can you do that in windows?

I own a copy of Age Of Empires II. Heres some excerpts from the EULA included on the Game CD.... i'll let you make up your minds.
