Age of Mythology Gold - Multiplayer Problem!

Yesterday I decided to try AOM: Gold on Multiplayer for the first time on my newer PC and when i went to create an account or even to log-in, i keep getting the following error message:

Does anyone have any idea why this is happening, because I certainly don't.


I've tried changing the language settings on IE and Windows but nothing seems to work...

ive never been able to connect. it just doesnt work. i cant remeber wat error message i get but it doenst work.
