There is no AGP 16X, there is a PCI-E X16... if your referring to that, then no, its not compatible

Some but not the great ones, PCI-Express X16 is the best interface for a Video card right now.

From what I understand, It will work, But the performance will be a little bit lower. Might want to wait and see what others have to say though, As I'm not 100% Sure
