AGP graphics card

i have a pretty old computer, don't want to buy a new one. but i was wondering, i got siSandra, and it tells me the speed of my AGP slot is 4x, but the multiplier is 1/2x. does that mean i can run a 8x agp card, or am i supposed to buy a 4x?

when i check Si Software Sandra, in my AGP Expansion slot is says AGP-8x+3.3v Half length used.

does that mean i can use a 8x agp graphics card? cuz if it does, thats like a whole new world of possibility for my 7-year old computer.

should i go for the Sapphire ATI RADEON HD 2600XT, even though its dual monitor? or should i look at something else? wat would u recommend?

What does CPU-Z report for your graphics adapter?

All newer video cards have dual outputs, except for maybe some low-profile cards.
