AGP or Pci Express slot

From a recient thread I have decided to buy the :D ATI X850 Pro AGP :D card, but I have found a cheaper source to buy it from. One of my relatives can buy it for me much cheaper than in stores, but doing this I can't return the card (I think). So I need to be 100% sure I have an AGP slot and not a PCI Express.
Here is a brief description of the mystery slot
The slot is right above the other pci slots. The pci slots are white and the AGP or PCI Express slot is black. It appears to be the same length as the pci slots and is slightly further from the back of the computer.
If you need more information, tell me what to do. If you aren't absolutley sure what type it is, please say you are no sure. I need to be sure.

Thanks for the post, Both of them. lol. I couldn't find a pci express pic, thanks for it. I would still like input from at least 1 other person.

This is what it says about my motherboard -

But it doesn't say anything about the aperature size or side band. And the slot isn't long like a pci express slot. It's as long as a regular pci slot. I think mine is AGP. Isn't PCI Express 16x 3 different slots like in the pic from the 1st post?
