AGP Slot - PCIE Slot

I currently have a AGP slot and I was wondering If it is possible to change to a PCI Express slot without buying a new computer? Also I've heard alot about unlocking pixel pipelines, can someone give me a walkthrough of how to do this or give me a link to one? Thanks

About unlocking, it is entirely card dependant. Some cards canot do it, others can. For each card that can, you need a specific flash file for that card. Also, it is nota guaranteed process...sometimes it works, other times it kills your card, and even other times it only works on half of the pipes you were *supposed* to unlock. For each card, it is a risky process...and definetly not guaranteed. What card are you looking to flash?

I don't believe you can unlock that.

And it is risky, but it's not as bad as people make it seem. I just unlocked 4 pipelines in my new video card without breaking a sweat. As long as you read guides on how to do it, it's a pretty safe bet that you wont screw up your card. But it isn't a guarantee to work.
 
Review the articles as well as run a good search for unlocking that model card. The performance evaluation when unlocked is a different matter there.
