Yes, so I'm downloading something "Legal" imagine that and well on bittorrent, I've been downlodaing this for over a day and its at 96.5 percent. And imagine that I want it to continue with only an hour and a half left and it goes from 30kb a second to 0-2kb a second. There is 30 peers online and wtf. thats so gay someone make it go faster lol pleseee i've been waiting for this so long please!!! and damn it i just spilled yogurt on my a**

The original seeder probrably pulled the plug before he gave anyone a chance to get 100% of the file! Therefore no one will get past 96.5%.
