AIM 6.0 and Vista

Are AIM 6.0 and Windows Vista Premium comatable? Also would you happen to know if the lexmark x8350 is compatable with vista also? I havent even received my computer yet so im trying to figure this all out before hand. I would be bummed if the printer didnt work, i just bought it!

Lexmark x8350 will work with Vista.
