yea hey guys. my friend is unable to use the internet, iono y. i havent taken a look at her comp yet but just wanna knoe wat are some possibilities that might be goin wrong.
so she says she is unable to use AIM (aol instant messenger) but when she loads up windows normally and try to go on the internet, IE, her comp restarts. but if she boots up in safe mode, she is able to use aim, but still cannot use the internet. soo..... any ideas?
