AIO no post stumped

Ran scans all night last night no issues many reboots. Come home from work after it's been off all day, turn on and all it does is sit at black screen. Monitor turns on then off and sits there with fan running.

Update, didn't want to but ended up opening up back. It was the ram, stick somehow got loose . reseated both and works fine again....
