This seems like a great deal, but the card is AGP...if I purchased it, I'd get a new mobo and CPU as well. Think the cheap price is worth limiting myself to AGP?
 
If I'm not mistaking, you can get an 850xl for $160, and probably find a decent capture card for around $40. Probably more, but I think both video input and gamming would be MUCH better than an all in on card.

Also, I seriously doubt there's a huge difference between AGP and PCIe versions of those cards, if any what so ever.
 
It will depend on what you plan to use the system for. If you want to move into a system that will be somewhat current for the next few years the PCI-Express model boards can get you there as well as see 16x over AGP 8x/4x for gaming. CHEAP PRICE? Actually in Canada that card costs $300...Yeah Canada sucks for buyign stuff.
