I work for the State of NJ, Office of Information Technology. I work with the AIX Unix Team.

I just started 2 months ago working with AIX Unix. Has anyone here used AIX? Any helpful tips?

I used AIX a long time ago. I'm a little rusty on its specifics but should be able to help with some of it.

It is our operating system used on our IBM Servers. We use the Unix commands to remotely do work. We are currently running AIX.6.

I know what it is I used it on an RS/6000 system years ago. I meant what kind of things are you doing with it? Basic admin stuff? cron? user management? Maybe a better question is, is there anything specific you're having trouble with?
