Alarm software?

Hi, I'm looking for an alarm software.

Like, for example, I need my computer to remind me(by making a noise, sound etc..) in 15 mins that I need to turn off my oven...something like that.

do you have microsoft office outlook? in the calendar there is an alerts feature, it works very well
