I went to the Microsoft store and went to alexa app and I got about 30 apps. I'm trying to finish setting up the new alexa?

Are you telling me that I can't get the alexa app on my computer?
The Alexa app on Windows is basically the same as the smartphone, where you can control Alexa-enabled devices with voice commands, like shutting off lights. So you can use the app if you want to that.
The main setup is done on the smartphone. I have an Echo Dot and a Echo device for my daughter (like a streaming device) and both were set up via the Alexa app on the smartphone.
