Alienware aurora r3 problem

recently i ran into an issue with my alienware aurora r3 and im not entirely sure what the problem is. im not too familiar with computers but tech support at dell with my last R3 wasnt the greatest, and im looking for other opinions before i resort to dells tech support.
my first alienware desktop blue screened an hour after i got it, and they replaced it with this one which ive had for a few months now.



my computer specs are

i7 2600k 3.8ghz
1333mhz 8gb ram
nvidia geforce gtx 560 ti 1.25gb
1TB HDD 7200rpm

and this is the problem. just popped up on my screen one day
after that alien thermal controls occasionally stop responding and i have no control over my fans.

If you have been getting blue screens, do the following so we can get an idea of what is causing them.

Download BlueScreenView
No installation required.
Unzip downloaded file and double click on BlueScreenView.exe file to run the program.
When scanning is done, go Edit>Select All.
Go File>Save Selected Items, and save the report as BSOD.txt.
Open BSOD.txt in Notepad, copy all content, and paste it into your next reply.

okay so i did what you said. it said there was no crashes.
when the the crash happened there was no blue screen, it just crashed and my pc completely shut down without warning. i restarted and soon after i got that crash report soon after. and thats all i know..
from what ive shown you do you think this is a serious problem? i have a 3 year warranty but i dont want to go through another 3 months being on the phone with dell tech support
