Alienware question....

my birthday is in february, and i think i will get a new laptop then. I will need to pay about 2/3 of it, and I want an alienware. I have a few questions regarding this.

1. Does alienware still make sentia models? Or are they just not selling them over the holiday "sales time"

2. By feb, will the cheapest model be around 1700, because i cant pay 2/3 of that.....

3. On craigslist, how much should i be able to get for a Compaq v6210us with 80gb hdd, 1gb ram, vista home premium, and wifi?
--An e machines _____(idk what name is) with 256 (yes, really cheap) mb ram, a 60gb hdd, and monitor (tube kind)

4. Besides "alienware corporation" on ebay, where can I get a refurbished alienware laptop for about 1,000-1100 dollars?

5. Also alienware will only pay me about $20 for a perfect ps2 (1/10th purchase price ) how much can i get on craigslist?

6. What other company can I get a laptop with 256mb vram, 2gb ram, dual core, and AT LEAST a 120gb hdd for under 1200 dollars? DO NOT say Dell, or Sony. Sony is obvious
but I just don't like the Dell brand. Don't ask me about this;)
 
Look at Asus as they have some fairly powerful machines, and why not Dell? Alienwares are essentially Dells under the skin.
 
PabloTeK just cause Dell now own Alienware does not mean they are the same. Travis30384 trust me make sure you get the extended warranty on that alienware if not it will cost you $$$. My company had issues with one which ended costing 800 to repair. This is just after one year of use. Customer support was not good I think I was calling costa rica or Dominican republic. Look for a ASUS or SONY you'll be much happier.
 
Don't get an alienware...they're just rebranded and more expensive.
