All 200pin PC2700 SODIMM fit my laptop?

I am choosing ram for my dell inspiron 700m. There are PC2700 SODIMM and PC2100 SODIMM ram. Which one is going to fit my laptop? I am thinking of getting PC2700 SODIMM because I found they are cheapter than PC2100 SODIMM and better. There are many different brands. Are they all going to fit my laptop as long as they are 200 pin? Some of the website shows OEM behind the ram. What is OEM? Should I choose with OEM or without OEM or it doesn't matter?

As long as they have the right amount of pins and the right rating for what your lappy is capable of, feel free to chose. OEM means "original equipment manufacturer." These are basically products produced to be put into computers by other companies. These come in bulk and usually without any cabling/manuals etc. However, warranty is still valid. OEMs are cheaper and most of the time worth it.
