all-in-one cooler

So I'm thinking of buying a corsair H70 or something similar, along with the new BD chips sometime in the fall. I just have a few questions about the all-in-one coolers.

I know that my 212+ is good, and I'm getting great temps. The reason I am thinking of an H70 is that I feel like the 212+ is so big that its restricting airflow from my 570 up to the two 120mm fans on top. But if I would get a H70, it would take away the rear exhaust fan. Or would it be better to install it on top along with the other 120mm fan and still have the rear exhaust?

I asked Linkin and he has his H60 installed in the 5.25 bays. Would that be a better idea if I want my 570 to get as cool as possible?

How bad is the dust situation? I heard that a lot of dust can get stuck in the radiator and its not the most fun to clean out. Would dust filters be a good idea?

Finally, if I would install it in the rear exhaust, would it still act as an exhaust or should it intake air from the back?

To clarify, I already have some high CFM fans ready for it. And my cooling situation right now is two 200mm fans intaking in the front and side, and 3 120mm fans on top and back as exhaust.

It's up to you on whether or not you want to replace your current cooler, I doubt it would make much of a difference on the gpu temps either.

And for the question on how to orientate the exhaust/intake, I would just set it up as exhaust and then intake, and see which gives better temps

Cleaning dust out from a radiator isn't that bad either, just use compressed air/canned air

Temps wouldn't really change at all. I had similar products and my temps didn't really differ all that much from air cooling. It does free up space though.

Temps from the CPU or GPU? Because like I said, the main reason I want it is to get the hot air away from my GPU.

Well I mean, you want to exhaust your case as much as possible to get the hot air which accumulates inside, out. Your gpu sucks in that air either way and exhausts is through the vent out back.

Seeing you have a cooler master sniper, You can mount an h70 on the exhust fan in the rear, have the top 200mm blowing air out (exhust), and mount a 120mm on the bottom as exhust, and the 200mm in the front as intake and it should work fine depending on your ambient room temperature.

Oh and also, have the h70 as w/ 2 fans with a push/pull config.
