My HP All-In-One desktop won't update. What could be the problem & how can I fix it? The OS is Windows 10

Try using the Microsoft website to update to 20h2 instead of windows update. Sometimes that works.

I had this happen to a pc a while back and the problem was really unusual in that it was a bad stick of RAM. I don't know if this is a common occurrence or not...

Run the windows update troubleshooter
Start>settings>update and security>troubleshoot> Additional troubleshooters.. windows update
