all-in-wonder and dell projector

Got an ATI 9800 all-in-wonder hooked up to a dell projector and an LCD monitor. The desktop is not extended on to the projector, so projector shows a mirror image of what's on the LCD. Same thing, two screens. The LCD is hooked up via DVI out, and the projector is hooked up via component out. Now, when I play a video, in say Windows Media Player, the LCD displays the video, the dell simply shows black. The dell shows everything else the same (desktop, start menu, blau, blau) but blacks out the video. Never seen anything like it. Then again I've never worked with a projector before. Help me. Rock and Roll.

Go to Display properties / Settings / Advanced / Overlay and check the Theater Mode. Then you'll see the played video on the projector full-screen.

well for me when i hook up my laptop to my tv, only my laptop would show the movie and the tv was black, this was with my crappy vid driver tho, if u get an omega driver then u can watch it on both

but u cant watch it on both screens, only on 1

Display properties / Settings / Advanced / Displays / then turn on the tv display(dell) and click the 1st button under the tv to make it the main monitor
