How can I set WinXP professional so that ALL users have access (and icons) to all programs installed on the computer? Currently, each new user I add to the computer has his own settings (background screen, icons, etc.)
I purchased the Norton Ghost software and want to make exact copies of one computer to others. I have enough licenses for all software that will be placed on all the computers and all of the computers were purchased from Dell at the same time. I want to be able to add one new user to each machine without having to spend time adding icons for software that was available to one use, and may not be to those added later.
