All that is required to Launch/Maintain/Advertise a website

Hi,
I wanted to start a website. design is ready.
Please guide me in doing the following -

1. Buy domain
2. Buy space
3. Web Hosting with good bandwidth
4. Advertise (Google)

Since i am new to hosting a site please guide me to reliable company (provide link) to do the above. Since i will be using Credit Cards for transactions i dont want to take risk of buying a site and later regret.

Provide the links of the sites that are genuine and are worth of buying the domain/space/hosting from them.(i.e., that provide good service)

I use www.phpwebhosting.com for my hosting. 9.95 a month for unlimited everything, and you get ssh access and you can install just about anything you want, with no limitations

Haven't had an issue yet
