dunno what all that shit is but... umm... yah... pls help. I can start my computer up... but i have to cancel the error check.

The file's content is ok, but the hdd file system is slightly screwed up.
Go to My computer, right-click on your hard disk, select properties, go to Tools tab and press the "Check now" button at Error-checking.

yah but....

It says
"The disk check could not be performed because the disk check utility needs exclusive access to some Windows files on the disk. These files can be accessed only by restarting Windows. Do you want to schedule this disk check to occur next time you restart the computer?"
and when it scans if freezes up like b4...
