Allot Of Spyware And Malware

I am haven allot of problems with malware and spyware? any help what I can do to get rid of this. It keeps coming back.

While Hijack This is an excellent tool, it doesn't show everything and if your still encountering issues, there must still be a nasty there.Run this free online scan, save the log and post it here.Hopefully that will reveal it.
