Allow Zone Alarm To Allow Access To Specific Website

I'm using Zone Alarm as my firewall. Was able to configure it to my needs for the most part. However, there is a website that ZA will not let me navigate through. I can get to the home page but can't navigate through the links. I am sent to a "Sorry" page, then can only get back to the home page. I went into the ZA configuration console and under "Firewall", then "Zones", I typed in the IP address under "Internet" and then also "Trusted". Nothing worked. I'm still denied access.

I am running Windows XP with SP2 (this patch was installed before installing ZA).
I am also using Norton AV with ZA - I know people have experienced problems with this - I have never had any conflicts.

I believe ZA is the problem, not Norton, 'cause when I completely disable ZA, I can navigate through the entire website.

Am I missing to list this exception somewhere?

Sorry to say this but Zonealarm is the most troublesome firewall on the market. And the free version offers horrible protection against malware that has the ability to Shutdown/Bypass programs.

Would recommend switching to one of the following.

I wouldn't say ZoneAlarm is troublesome. I am sure this point is valid through your judgements only. Others may disagree. Besides what you just did, if you don't mind telling us the site, we can check for you also (those with zonealarm). Other than that, the site may be classified as a certain site not allowed in zonealarm in it's "parental controls." did you check that setting?
