Allways opens with notepad

I have a PFG file. When I tried to open it with notepad, By mistake I forgot to uncheck the ck mark that states always use this program to open it. Now all my PFG file icons changed to notepad Icons. How can I change it back to original PFG icon. I am useing XP. Please help
 
Go into my computer, tools menu, folder options, file types. Change the PFG file association in there.
 
If you right click on the file, you should have an "Open With" option. Click Choose Program. Find your program in the list(or using browse) then be sure the Always use Selected Program... box is checked.
 
Thats the thing that when I right click on the file Open with, I dont have a choice of that kind of file or association.
 
Well I click browes but I dont know where to look it for. But if I click open open with i can finde a associated file
