im using windows 7 and it always chkdsk c: i clicking disk canceled but nothing happen and i cantt go to desktop and i try restart same problem help :-(

There might be an issue with your hard drive. Download the manufacturer diagnostic utility, boot to it, and test the drive.

When the disk check runs, does it say there any errors? If it does then the hard drive is definately shot. If it doesnt, then its on some sort of loop which I've heard of before.

Are you shutting the system down properly every time by pressing start, then shutdown? You can't just press and hold the power button until it shuts off, that will do damage to your system. If you are shutting the system down properly then download the following file and run it so it merges with the registry so that it stops checkdisk from running at every bootup.

Have you tryed letting CHKDSK to finish?
That might be neccessary because it needs to fix some errors (if any) in order to boot up properly next time.
However CHKDSK sometimes runs in READ ONLY mode so you would need to initiate it in the other WRITE mode too and use proper switches/parameters for the CHKDSK in order to run the process of correcting errors properly.

1. Boot to SAFE MODE WITH COMMAND PROMPT
2. Write the following command:

chkdsk.exe C: /F /R /X /V

"C:" is the drive letter you want to check.

Press ENTER.

3. Let the process finish no matter how long it takes.
4. When the process is finished, you computer is automatically restarted and from then on it should work normal on next booting up times.
(UNLESS if your HDD is not working properly and it constantly create errors on most sectors. In that case backup all your important data immediately and replace the HDD).

Cheers!
