Am I bottlenecked?

I was at best buy lastnight looking for an everyday mouse and keyboard, i want to prolong the life of the gaming stuff as long as possible and the geek squad guy came over, i told him what i was looking for and he seemed happy to hear i was buying an everyday setup for the reasons i just stated. he began to ask me about my machine and I told him. For starters the guy def sounds like an intel nvidia fanboy, which maybe why he said such....


but he told me that my Mobo and CPU were bottlenecking my graphics card? now everything is in my sig, it it true what he said? I mean i know its not a 6-core AMD or an intel 2500k, or 2600k, but isnt quad-core all you really need for gaming? I thought my setup was pretty decent... not mind blowing, but def worth the money I spent. Any feedback on this?:D
 
Best buy tech support =No idea what they are on about.

We now have a Best buy in the UK...and just some of the crap i hear them talking about made me laugh.

I started talking to one of the techs about a router, and when asked if he knew the difference between WEP, WPA, and WPA2, he assumed a deer in the headlights position and pretended like he hadn't heard me. The people who are knowledgeable in that store are slim to none.
