Am I worried about nothing?

Okay, I recently took the side panel off of my computer to look at a few things. While doing this, I noticed that the video card was extremely hot and I'm wondering...is it fine?

I don't know actual temps. because no program will recognize it(or mobo) due to the fact that dell is gay. I just know that the (plastic...lol) heatsinks on it are hot enough that you can't touch them.

Any help or w/e would be great.

*edit* Its an ati radeon x1300 pro if anyones wondering (its suppost to have a fan on it, but again, I got it from dell, so yeah)

not much you can do..except go out and buy an aftermarket vga cooler, then you stick the video card in the freezer for ~40 minutes (i'm sure dell used that cement stuff) and then put on the new vga cooler.

but if you're wondering, nothing's wrong with the heat levels unless you visually see colorful strips on your screen covering everything.
