AM2 motherboard needed

Hi folks, friends motherboard has gone and got fried so wondered if people could suggest a replacement for me.

Its going to have an X2 6000+ in it, ATI X1900XT...

It needs to have two IDE channels in it though as my friend has Two IDE HDD, optical drives are IDE and only the main boot drive is SATA.

I know you can get an IDE expansion card but would prefer it if the board has two channels built in instead.

Budget is around the £80-£100 mark but would consider other options if the money was worth it

Good little board as long as he doesnt want SLI, Havent installed anything on it over a 5000 so I dont know if the bios is updated to a 6000, but a bios update should fix that

aye thats the main issue, seems very few want to add a second IDE port to their boards nowadays...

Yea, you will have to go with a nForce 4 to get 2 IDEs on a AM2 if he wants a nvidia chip unless you get a cheap one with onboard video

QUITE ALOT to choose from - they all have 2 ide ports.
