Not really, in games the 4000 would have the tinest of advantages if the game is single threaded and coded well. But the 3800 will be stack better in any multitasking, overall the 3800 wins the battle.so now the 4000+ would perform better then the x2 3800+,

Yes but if you're into the professional crowd, you're gonna be running Photoshop .... working with the defacto standard is generally a common thing with the bigshots.and for video editing and paint shop pro its extreamly better
well... never hear of anyone noticing a difference between those 2 on using paintshop pro..
