More likely the E2220 would be bottlenecking your 7750 if any bottlenecks were to occur but I don't think you need to worry about bottlenecks. I think it'll be fine.
Yeah the CPU would bottleneck first but that's still probably not likely to happen. If you were up to like a 7850 you'd probably see some of it but not much.
