OK, just didn't want to see IAN catch any trouble over it.
BTW, Welcome to CF.
Nice review you got there.
You could also use my bench to evaluate the raw processing power from the cpu's.
I recommend using the v4.2 beta (black hole), that you can find in the beta testing thread or on guru.
You are allowed to use my stock scoretable as well, to compare to a bit more cpu's. (The scores are the averages from what I received)
Other recommended benchmarks:
Unigine valley (with dedicated gpu and IGP)
Thanks Smile but I did not want to burden the test with too many benchmarks. I think the jest has been hit here.
Ok, no problem. My bench isn't very known, but was just recommending....
Anyway, if you want, you can test it right away and just post your results in the beta testing thread. That's a new stock score+ I'm very curious to its performance on 4.6GHz.
LOL, the board and CPU are broken down and don't feel like putting it back on my bench.......... I spent some time on it so I am going to go on a gaming binge the next week or so. Putting my 3770K or 3930 in.......
Okay, okay ;P
Just said, happy gaming.
You've done well already.
Welcome to CF!
Drdeath, about how many hours do you figure you spent on this endeavor?
I did a little every day on and off. Umm I could get it done in about 6 or 7 hours if I were to guess. The charts take time too....... I work retail and have a lot of down time at work so it works well for me.
The thread is getting a lot of hits but not may responses. Perhaps some are hitting it through a search and looking. that's good.
