my mobo hase a over clocking program in the bios i over cloked it by 10% and it whent from 2.01 to 2.6 but the temp wase like 110 F idel i have i water cooling systeam but i dont have the coolint for it yet is that y it is runing so hot

Thats not hot. It is a tad warm, but its fine. Also, if you dont have the coolint....i suggest you get it asap otherwise the blocks are just basically acting as heatsinks which they arnt meant to do.
