So i have a really old cpu and want to get more ram due to getting warning signs of low OS Paged pool memory. Can anyone tell me if they sell any ram that fit this certain model still? and if its on newegg or some other site that i can buy for. Thanks

all you told us was what processor you have, we need to know what computer brand and model you have and also how much memory you have already.

i dont think low Paged pool memory has to do with ram, i think that is virtualy memory using harddrive space. You may need to increase your virtual page file memory,in win xp: controlpanel/system/advance performance settings/advance tab, virtual page memory at bottom

That CPU takes DDR RAM (which tends to be a bit pricey since nobody makes it any more). You'll have to make sure that you have free slots, though.

Oh my God, an Athlon 64 3700+ processor! That was a screamer back in the day. I wanted one for my first build, but due to my budget I had to settle for a 3500+. I'm actually a little jealous.

If he had more RAM, it wouldn't be hitting the page file.

But you are right, he can change how much page file it can use.
