it is about 95% better, in 3DMARK06what % better would you say the quad is than the amd 4600?
it can bo OCed to about 3.8 with heatsink an fan, but i would just OC it to about 3.0 that is all u needwhat could/should the quad core @ 2.4ghz be OC'd to?

There's about double for the cores difference. Then theres the fact that core 2 architecture is awesome compared to AMD's architecture, and can overclock way farther. Even I used to be an AMD fanboy, but that all changed with my E4500
