Soooo its had being ages since the last time i cleaned the inside of my tower for dust etc. and yesterday i download again HWmonitor to check my parts and holy s*** my cpu under load was 85 celsius and the cores 99 celsius (i dont know about the cores if that was correct or some jam)
Today i cleaned up every part of my rig,taking it out and blow it with airbrush,my cpu cooler was full of dust and other weird things.. the thermal paste was completely dried out ofcourse (need to get a new one)
Now i have 32 celsius on idle and 44 celsius on full load which my cpu is very happy about it and faster i think.
I dont know for how long my "dog" was running under those circumstances but now i got my lesson and if it fails in the near future i will know that it was my fault.

Altho I'm pretty sure you have a Phenom X4 965, as opposed to an Athlon
