AMD CPU what is better

Go for the second one. It runs much cooler, overclocks better, and consumes less power. It also has slightly improved architecture (being a newer stepping) and the extra 100MHz is always good. The first one would probably beat the second one at stock speeds when it comes to intensive tasks (the extra 100MHz and newer stepping won't be enough to make up for the extra 1MB cache of the first one), but if you decide to go for the first one you'll have a lot of work to do trying to keep the temperatures down - it's 90nm rather than 65nm like the second one, and it runs HOT (it's well known to melt heatsinks [joke]).

The third is going to be faster, but it runs pretty dang hot and not all motherboards support it. Go for the 65nm 6000X2.
