AMD Duron or Pentium 3

Which is a better processor?
I currently have the AMD Duron, my current comp is in the sig, not much but ive kept it running for nearly 10 years and in runs pretty damn good.
But im buying my friends Pentium 3 for $18.50 and im curious which i should use as my main computer.

The duron. It's based on the same core as Athlon Classic, which beat P3s at every and each benchmark.
