Roughly the same way one build an intel box.i'm considering of switching to an amd, but i don't know hwo to build an amd
And the motherboard. He'd have a hard time fitting a AMD chip into a S478 boardThe only thing would be diffrent would be the cpu. every thing else would be the same. amd do make cpus for that motherboard.
Budget and intention? Id shoot for a NF4Ultra if possible.sorry to mention that i wanted an 939 64, and which chipset should i choose for it
Uhhh X2-3800 is $322, the X2-4200 is $400If you got 400 dollars for a cpu alone then get 3800 x2.
NForce4 Ultra if possible, the nForce4 is also an option. If neither of those fit your budget, the RX200 and KT890 are good for your purposes tooi'm and which nvidia chipset should i choose nforce, nforce2,nforce3, nforce4?
