amd x2 5000+ brisbane overclock

hi i just wonderd what you think a realalistic overclock would be for my amd x2 5000+ brisbane 2.6mhz its idle @29c not sure under load it has stock cooling.. with 2gb ocz platinum edition 6400 800mhz ddr2 and hd3870 and Gigabyte GA-MA770-DS3 motherboard my main cooling is a 80mm side fan and a 120mm exaust fan thanks


and 1 more thing would your cpu rating go up in win7 if overclocked?

Try getting it up to 3.2-that way your memory will run at 400 Mhz-is this a unlocked multi-or locked?-if unlocked-just increase the multiplier.

im not sure about the unlocked thing :( well i went in to the bios and took the cpu mhz from 200 to 220 and booted up fine but stops booting if i take it to 230mhz upwards without touching the volts what would be a safe increase in volts?sorry im new to overclocking
