America's Army

I just downloaded America's Army (free game) and installed it, every time I execute the game it shows the splash screen then it shows a black screen without loading the game, why, will I need a re-install?

EDIT: I re-installed just now with no luck.

My only guess would be to contact them, unless it does it on any other game too. I played it with no problems like that at all.
