an i turn an s-video input into a webcam?

i have just bought a new asus hybrid tv card and wanted to turn my video camera with s-video out into a webcamera. i cant find anyone that has already done this. i wondered if anyone had; any ideas or software that could do this ?

I've done this before. It's no different than a standard webcam. Go into the webcam setup on the program you're trying to use and the capture card should show up. You may have to select which input you wish to use.

A while back I used a capture card with my camcorder and it worked flawlessly. I also took the TV-Out from my video card and plugged it into the capture card so people could see my desktop
