Analog Power Saving Mode

Hello,
recently i have been getting the analog power saving mode "error".
it happens when i play games like TF2 or black ops.
my screen just turns black with the message on and the monitor light changes from blue to orange and my computer is still running. to end that i need to restart my computer.

I have my computer for 4 years now and i have never experienced anything like this before. before i was getting this error i have cleaned the inside of my pc for the first time ( it was VEEEERY dusty inside ) and i have reinstalled windows vista

once my graphics card burned because of the dust and i had to replace it like 2 years ago.

i have a LG Flatron L204WS monitor
and an Advent T9610 desktop pc
also my graphic card is NVIDIA GeForce 9500 GT

any help would be very appreciated.

Reinstall video card drivers and if that does not work try another video card.
