Animate my website help

Hi i run the cod4 cfclan and i have started a website for it, but i would like to no if anyone can help i want one of the images [gif] to turn 360 degress but i dont no how to do it.
here is the webpage it uses phpnuke www.cfclan.co.uk the image i want to rotate is the fair play no cheat image. i have seen it rotating on other webpages.
p.s. if anyone wants to join the clan we would like to see you.

What are you trying to do? Get an image/logo to rotate?

Yeh if you go on the website you will see the round red image with no cheat amongst other thing on it thats what i want to rotate.
