Annoying Pop-up

I keep getting this stupid pop-up from "Micro Billing Systems" claiming I owe £19.99 to for subscribing to Sexxxpassport! This is frustrating as I have subscribed to no such site and this bill seems very fishy, given that no details of the company are given and also to subscribe to a site of this nature you would already have had to enter card details etc.etc.

Anybody else had this problem?

Please help!
