Annoying Spyware log inside

Some how some way I got a very annoying spyware in my pc and Im not sure how to get rid of it. I have tried a few programs to remove it, but nothing seems to be working. Could someone read this Hijackthis log and tell me what you think?

Hello!
I can't find a spyware in your log, however I found few lines to fix.
Please open your HijackThis log again and choose Do a system scan only.
Check these entries if found:
  • R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page =
  • R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,SearchAssistant =
  • R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,CustomizeSearch =
  • R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,First Home Page

Now close all open windows except the HijackThis and click Fix checked.
Reboot your computer.

Is your system running ok now?
