there are these little silicon pull fan things, you pull them through the hole in your case then the hole in your fan and then the second hole in you fan and they stay like that

Cable ties, you can position them pointing where you want then.

not if tight enough. thats a good idea

I use blu-tac... It works well because it absorbs the vobrations from the fan itself, so there is leff noise.
